I’m a psychologist and psychoanalytic psychotherapist offering online sessions mainly in Russian and also in English for expats. My approach is shaped by several years of personal psychoanalytic therapy, continuous professional training, and regular supervision. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from the Higher School of Economics (HSE) in Moscow, where I studied under leading psychoanalysts.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in digital marketing at an international company for seven years. That experience helps me understand the emotional realities of modern work life — burnout, high expectations, career changes, and the feeling of losing meaning in what you do. I also live abroad and know the emotional complexities of starting over in a new country — a theme I often explore with clients.
I work with relationship struggles, anxiety, self-esteem, career dilemmas, emotional exhaustion, and the search for meaning or identity. My practice is currently online only, and I offer both short-term consultations and long-term therapy. If you’re unsure how to start, feel free to reach out — we can find the way forward together.
