With a personal history of navigating mental health challenges and recovery from an eating disorder, my work is rooted in lived experience as much as in academic training.
This journey shaped my motivation to support others. I chose the field of psychology, and later other holistic practices, because I wanted to become the kind of support I once needed myself. What I learned along the way is that healing is multidimensional; traditional psychology offers powerful tools, but it’s not always enough on its own. My approach bridges the mind and the body, pairing ACT, CBT & inner childwork, with nervous system regulation.
My intention is to hold a grounded, warm, and honest space where people feel deeply seen and supported in their process.
My approach is integrative and client-centered, combining ACT and CBT, and where fitting I like to include more somatic practices. I always tailor my approach to the individual, whether they are open to spiritual practices or prefer a purely practical focus, because every person is unique. What I consistently bring is a holistic perspective: mind, body, and emotions are interconnected, and lasting change requires working with the whole system.
I help guide clients to connect back to themselves and from there be able to live fully and authentically. Together, we explore patterns, underlying beliefs, and emotions, creating practical steps toward growth. I always make sure you take things with you, you can practice yourself daily to really integrate and embody the processes we're going through which can look like exercises, affirmations or guided meditations.
I emphasize curiosity, self-compassion, and relational awareness, helping clients understand how they relate to themselves and others.
Ultimately, my work is about providing a safe, compassionate space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow, heal, and live fully as themselves.
