Everything I do, as a psychologist, teacher, and person, is guided by a human-centered approach. I care deeply about creating real, lasting impact in people’s lives, and I bring that intention into every session.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical and Developmental Psychopathology and have worked in the academic field for over three years, teaching Psychology at the university level. My experience in both research and education has shaped the way I understand people, not only through theory and data, but through presence, reflection, and dialogue.
I’m registered with the Dutch Institute of Psychologists (NIP), and I value continuous professional development. I regularly follow new research and attend advanced trainings to keep my practice current, thoughtful, and effective.
Originally from Greece, I understand firsthand the richness and complexity of the Mediterranean and Balkan cultural background. After living and working in the Netherlands for over six years, I also relate deeply to Western European perspectives. This gives me a unique position to support clients who navigate between cultures. I often work as a bridge between different ways of thinking, relating, and being.
Beyond the formal aspects of my work, I am a strong believer in emotional openness and the power of creative expression. I approach therapy with flexibility, empathy, and genuine interest in who you are.
