I’ve always been curious about the brain and the way it shapes how we see, feel, and experience the world. That curiosity led me to study Neuropsychology. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, young people, and adults across different countries and settings and with a wide range of challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, perfectionism or expat adjustement.
In my work, I provide therapy, as well as neurodevelopmental assessments for ADHD and autism. I also offer coaching for adults and parents, focusing on practical challenges often linked to neurodivergence, such as procrastination, time blindness, and planning.
My aim is to help people build a life that works with their brain, rather than against it. One of my biggest passions is making psychology accessible by helping people understand their brain better and turning that insight into everyday strategies that feel useful and empowering.
My therapeutic style is dynamic and collaborative, based on the belief that therapy works best when it is shaped around the individual. I am trained in CBT and EMDR, and I also integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) into my work. I see these methods as flexible tools that can be adapted to each person’s needs rather than rigid techniques. My biggest passion is helping people understand their brain better, which is something I bring into both my therapy and coaching work.
Living with ADHD myself and being engaged in my own therapy, I understand the importance of creating a neurodivergence-affirming space. This perspective helps me connect with clients on common ground and recognise how small but meaningful adjustments can make therapy more supportive and accessible.
Above all, I aim to make my clients feel seen, listened to, and encouraged to grow at their own pace. One of my biggest passions is helping people get to know their brain better, and I love weaving this into both therapy and coaching so it feels practical and empowering. I bring evidence-based strategies together with openness and empathy, so clients leave not only with useful tools but also with a stronger sense of confidence and the belief that real, lasting change is possible.
