I’m a human being just like you — and I like to keep it real. I have a "no bullshit" policy towards my work as well. I deeply believe we meet first as humans at the core, and then build our therapeutic connection.

About me

You don't need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy.

Sometimes you only know that something doesn't feel right anymore—that you've been carrying too much, repeating the same patterns, feeling disconnected from yourself, or simply wondering, "Is this really the life I want?"

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable people who seem to manage life well from the outside. Yet inside they might feel exhausted from always being the strong one, unable to set boundaries without guilt, stuck in relationships that no longer feel right, struggling to understand their emotions, or wondering why the same situations keep repeating despite their best efforts.

Others come because they're adapting to a new country, grieving someone they lost, questioning their identity, facing a difficult relationship, or feeling that the life they've built no longer feels like their own.

Whatever brings you here, you don't need to arrive with clear answers. Curiosity is enough.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Gestalt therapyRecommended for those who want to focus on the present and take responsibility for their feelings and actions to promote personal growth.
Person-centred approachRecommended for those looking for a supportive, non-judgmental space where they can lead the conversation and explore their feelings at their own pace.
Trauma informed careRecommended for those who have experienced trauma and need a safe, supportive space to heal at their own pace.

My work is rooted in Gestalt and existential therapy, and enriched by my background in organisational psychology, coaching, leadership, and the business world. Having worked with individuals, teams, and leaders, I understand that our inner lives don't exist in isolation—they shape how we lead, build relationships, make decisions, navigate conflict, and create meaningful work.

I bring these perspectives together in therapy. We'll explore not only what is happening, but how you experience it—in your thoughts, emotions, body, relationships, and everyday life. While I'm interested in deep understanding, I also care about how that understanding translates into real change. Therapy isn't about insight; it's about you making an actionable choice to live differently.

Therapy isn't about convincing ourselves that everything is okay or searching for positive thinking. Sometimes healing begins when we stop avoiding what we already know deep down. Friends and family often want to protect us from difficult truths or reassure us that everything will be fine. My role is different. I'll support you in facing reality with honesty, compassion, and enough safety that difficult truths become something we can work with rather than something you have to face alone.

I'm warm and engaged, but I'm also direct. If I notice a pattern that seems important, I'll bring it into the room. If I sense you're avoiding something, we'll gently become curious about it together.

At the same time, therapy doesn't have to be heavy all the time. I value humour, spontaneity, and genuine human connection. Sometimes laughter is just as important as tears.

I believe people already carry the resources they need for change. My role isn't to tell you who to become or how to live, but to help you reconnect with yourself, understand what gets in your way, and make choices that feel authentic and truly yours.
