About me

My name is Greta, and I am the heart behind this practice. As a licensed psychologist based in Amsterdam, I support adults and couples navigating life’s challenges. I offer therapy in German, Italian, and English - both online and in person. Living abroad myself, I understand how complex it can be to find balance, belonging, and clarity in today’s fast-paced world.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in warmth and inclusivity. I draw from a holistic, multi-method framework, blending different types of therapy. This flexibility allows us to tailor our sessions to your unique needs, whether you are working through anxiety, trauma, burnout, or self-esteem struggles.

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey. Together, we will explore the landscapes of your inner world, uncover strengths, and find tools to help you move toward a more fulfilling and authentic life. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel truly heard and empowered to grow.

I also offer a free 30-minute consultation, giving us the chance to connect and see if working together feels right for you. There’s no pressure—just an opportunity to take the first step toward healing and self-discovery.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
CBT: Cognitive behavioral therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
Integrative therapy Recommended for those who prefer a flexible approach that combines different therapies to meet their unique needs.
Person-centered approachRecommended for those looking for a supportive, non-judgmental space where they can lead the conversation and explore their feelings at their own pace.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your needs. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to provide guidance, perspective, and evidence-based tools to help you move forward.

I work with an integrative, multi-method approach. This means our sessions may include elements of CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Gestalt Therapy, depending on what fits best for you. This style allows me to support not just your thoughts, but also your emotions and body. This will help you regain clarity, build resilience, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

In our work together, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where vulnerability is welcomed and growth feels possible. Some sessions may focus on reflection and emotional processing, while others may be more practical, with exercises or strategies to apply in daily life. Our focus will always be on creating meaningful change that feels authentic to you.

My practice is inclusive, culturally sensitive, and LGBTQ+ affirming. No matter who you are or where you come from, this is a space where you are valued and respected. Together, we will work towards greater balance, resilience, and fulfilment.
