I’m passionate about helping you feel more self-trust, self-acceptance and resilience by understanding the deeper patterns shaping your experiences. My approach is inspired by psychodynamic theory, mindfulness and IFS. I have experience in mental health counselling & recovery coaching for clients with addictive behaviors and a history of interpersonal trauma.
I hold an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology, with practical training in the Netherlands and further work experience in a rehabilitation centre in Thailand. My journey has been driven by a deep curiosity about how early relationships shape mental health in adulthood.
I believe in the profound healing that comes from genuine human connection— being understood and understanding others in a compassionate and curious space. My introspective, empathetic and analytical nature, along with my own challenging childhood experiences, have shaped my ability to approach connection with sensitivity. Everyone deserves to be taken care of, and take care of themselves.
Personal growth is a cornerstone of my work, and I believe in continuously evolving as both a person and a professional. My background in music and lifelong passion for dance have enriched my understanding of how the mind and body are deeply intertwined, offering unique insights into the embodied nature of the psyche.
With a blend of deep exploration, psycho-education, mindful self-attunement and unconditional support, some of the goals we can set are to:
While my approach is grounded in modern clinical research, I deeply believe in the transformative power of self-awareness cultivated without judgment. True psychological healing begins when we allow ourselves to notice what is truly happening within us — free from the conditioning and expectations of others.
In a space where you can freely express your thoughts and feelings, we’ll uncover the beliefs you hold about yourself and others and the weight they carry. Many of these beliefs stem from experiences that seemed insignificant at the time, but have shaped patterns like negative self-talk, anxiety in relationships, procrastination, or shame-driven behaviors you may not even recognize as such.
Through this process, with unconditional acceptance and understanding, you’ll learn how it feels to feel truly safe, even as you confront parts of yourself that might feel “wrong” or shameful. Over time, this work helps us see that relationships can be safe and that your true self — beyond defenses, masks, and learned behaviors — is worthy of love and acceptance.
Together, we’ll work toward creating meaningful and lasting changes that empower you to live a more authentic and fulfilling life.
