I'm an empathetic and committed clinical psychologist with a deep respect for each person's unique emotional world. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their inner life.
I’m Josefina, a clinical psychologist with a warm, integrative approach grounded in psychoanalytic theory and enriched by various therapeutic tools. I offer a space where we can explore your emotional world with depth, honesty, and curiosity, whether through silence, reflection, or the healing power of words. My experience spans a wide range of emotional challenges, including anxiety, stress, life transitions, and the often complex journey of expatriation. I work with individuals seeking to understand themselves more fully, to process grief or emotional blocks, or simply to reconnect with parts of themselves they’ve lost touch with. Each session is a safe space, free of judgment and open to whatever needs to emerge.
If you're looking for a therapeutic process that is gentle yet deep, supportive yet empowering, I’m here to walk that path with you. We go at your pace, and everything you bring is welcome, from the smallest discomforts to the deepest questions.

My therapeutic style is integrative, grounded in psychoanalytic understanding but flexible to your needs. I have experience supporting people through anxiety, life transitions, grief, and the emotional challenges of living abroad. Together, we create a space for healing, reflection, and growth, at your own pace and in your own voice.
Since then, I have participated in clinical supervision groups and have been in personal analysis for several years. Alongside private practice, I worked within school systems, supporting neurodivergent children and those facing adaptation challenges, always blending clinical insight with applied educational psychology. I’ve also provided in-person support for clients unable to attend traditional therapy settings, working with a range of presentations including acute psychopathologies and neurotic structures. After three and a half years of clinical and educational work in Argentina, I relocated to Spain, where I expanded into organizational psychology while maintaining my clinical practice. Now based in the Netherlands, I am fully dedicated to offering therapeutic support through a human-centered, integrative lens — committed to accompanying individuals through their unique emotional journeys with presence, curiosity, and care.
I hold a degree in Psychology from the University of Palermo in Buenos Aires, where I specialized in a humanistic approach to therapy. This orientation emphasizes empathy, authenticity, and a deep belief in each person’s potential for growth and self-healing. Over time, I’ve enriched this foundation by integrating elements of positive psychology, which allows me to help clients not only navigate emotional pain but also discover meaning, resilience, and wellbeing.
For my thesis, I chose a psychoanalytic lens to explore how clinical issues can be worked through via language and narrative. I focused on grief as a psychological process — a recurring human experience that invites us to reshape and reinterpret loss across the lifespan. This exploration led me to complete my clinical practicum at a psychoanalytic center dedicated to making mental health care accessible to vulnerable populations, which became the foundation of my therapeutic practice.
