My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies. I work primarily with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), integrating third-wave models such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). This integration allows me to adapt the therapeutic process to each person or couple, respecting their history, needs, and goals. I believe there is no single formula that works for everyone, but rather a collaborative path where therapist and client build together more flexible and effective alternatives.
In individual therapy, I work with people facing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, insecurity, relational difficulties, or those seeking to develop self-compassion and greater clarity about their values. In couples therapy, I focus mainly on improving communication, managing conflict, strengthening emotional connection, and rebuilding trust.
In every session, I aim to create a safe and welcoming space, where genuine listening, respect, and trust are central. I value bringing practical tools into everyday life, so that therapy does not remain confined to the consulting room, but truly helps transform life outside of it.
For me, therapy is more than problem-solving. It is a space for self-discovery and transformation, where it becomes possible to learn how to live more consciously, compassionately, and aligned with what truly matters. My goal is to help each person and each couple find new ways of relating—to themselves and to others—with greater freedom, authenticity, and well-being.
