About me
I originally come from Athens, Greece where I completed my bachelor's degree in psychology. Later on, I moved to the Netherlands, where I completed a master's degree in clinical psychology. I have completed a 1-year training in Dance and Movement Therapy and I am currently in training in Gestalt Psychotherapy. My education, as well as my personal experience of receiving therapy, have helped me create a holistic and eclectic approach, tailored to the needs of each client. Through an initial free 15 minute session, we can talk about the reason you seek consultation and envision how we would embark on this journey together.

As a Clinical Psychologist and Gestalt Psychotherapist I am deeply committed to creating a therapeutic space rooted in empathy, warmth, and inclusivity.
