About me
I’m a psychologist and psychoanalytic psychotherapist offering online sessions in English and Russian for expats. My approach is shaped by several years of personal psychoanalytic therapy, continuous professional training, and regular supervision. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from the Higher School of Economics (HSE) in Moscow, where I studied under leading psychoanalysts.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in digital marketing at an international company for seven years. That experience helps me understand the emotional realities of modern work life — burnout, high expectations, career changes, and the feeling of losing meaning in what you do. I also live abroad and know the emotional complexities of starting over in a new country — a theme I often explore with clients.
I work with relationship struggles, anxiety, self-esteem, career dilemmas, emotional exhaustion, and the search for meaning or identity.
