My journey in psychology has been diverse and enriching, allowing me to develop expertise across various areas that complement my current practice as a sexologist. My initial experiences were focused on industrial and organizational psychology, where I worked in the human resources department. Later, I reconnected with clinical psychology, and more recently, I have specialized in the field of sexuality, which has broadened my perspective in supporting my patients.
Throughout my career, I’ve recognized a significant gap in education and information about sexuality. This realization has fueled my passion for helping individuals better understand and enhance their sexual lives.
Living in the Netherlands has given me the opportunity to explore holistic tools such as psychedelic microdosing. I now incorporate these practices into my work as a sexologist, offering them as an optional tool for those seeking a more comprehensive approach to care.
Additionally, I work with expats from around the world, providing support as they navigate the emotional challenges of migration grief—a topic I often address in my sessions.
The in-person sessions take place at Couch Huis. There are several locations in the Netherlands where I can offer the service, mainly in Amsterdam, Hilversum, and Utrecht.
