Many of the struggles we face as adults like anxiety, people-pleasing, overthinking, difficulties with closeness or boundaries, are not flaws. From an attachment and nervous system perspective, they are intelligent strategies that once helped us stay connected, safe, or in control.
Since 2018, I’ve been deeply dedicated to supporting people in finding new ways forward with their psychosocial and physical wellbeing. My work began in the corporate world, where I focused on preventive approaches that help leaders and employees navigate social stress and high-pressure environments without burning out.
Over time, I focused more on somatic and attachment-based therapeutic work. Thus today, I specialize in supporting humans who, from the outside, seem to have it all together, yet internally feel tense, self-doubting, overwhelmed or disconnected.
Having lived in Germany, China, Switzerland and now the Netherlands, I deeply understand, what it means to rebuild safety and belonging in unfamiliar environments, to adapt and start over.
In my work, I help you gently reconnect with your nervous system, your boundaries, your needs and your sense of self, so new ways of relating can emerge, not from effort, but from felt safety.
I welcome people of all backgrounds, orientations, and identities. Whether you’re new to this work or have been on the path for a while: you’re welcome just as you are.
