Regardless of the techniques I use, I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is at the center of the therapy. I aim to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your dynamics at your own pace.
My primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a structured, evidence-based approach that focuses on the relationship among thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. CBT helps us understand how our interpretations of situations influence emotional experiences and actions. Through therapy, we work to identify unhelpful patterns, develop more balanced perspectives, and build practical coping strategies that support lasting change.
Alongside CBT, psychodynamic therapy also informs my work. This perspective focuses on increasing awareness of unconscious patterns and relational dynamics that may influence current difficulties. Exploring these deeper processes can help create greater self-understanding and provide insight into recurring emotional and interpersonal challenges.
My background in Neuropsychology further shapes how I understand psychological difficulties. I view emotional well-being through a biopsychosocial lens, recognizing that biological, psychological, and social factors all play an important role in mental health. By integrating these perspectives, I aim to provide an individualized and comprehensive approach that reflects each person’s unique experiences and needs.
