About me
I am a trained specialised kinesiologist and Core Energetics body psychotherapy practitioner. I lived in the UK, Italy, France, Spain and in Brussels for 10 years working as an interpreter and I saw the changes kinesiology brings as a client. I left the European institutions to become a self employed kinesiologist and I know all about big career changes, living abroad and moving frequently.
Being fluent in English, French, Italian, Spanish and Greek, I have worked with ex-pats and appreciate the challenges they go through on a regular basis. I believe that change starts within and the journey of self-discovery and truth is a life-long one. It can be demanding and it is so very freeing!
I believe in the power of movement and the body to reclaim our energy and power of creation as I have seen it at work since 1999 and I got to know Core Energetics as a client in 2011. I saw the changes and the support this work gave me during a very challenging period of my life and decided I wanted to train professionally.
Kinesiology is about changing your behaviours. Core Energetics is the evolutionary journey of the soul. The more one expands his or her awareness and consciousness, the deeper the changes in behaviour go.
I have also created a unique tool for mental health professionals that draws on my experience both as a kinesiologist with an emphasis on Educational Kinesiology and Reflex integration, and Body Psychotherapy practitioner with an understanding of the importance of the memories and information held by the body for the wellbeing of a human being.

There is no one size fits all in therapy or any journey of personal growth. This is why I keep training, learning new tools and creating a unique approach to meet the needs of each one of my clients. The glue that holds everything together is the deep belief in the power of core to core connection and how ultimately, what we really need is to embrace ourself exactly as we are. In the process we see obstacles disappear, awareness opening, life becoming richer. We become more real somehow and we can accept others without losing sight of our own boundaries.
Experience
2000-now working as a specialised kinesiologist with an emphasis on educational kinesiology. Have worked with over 5.000 people of all ages from countries as diverse as Kuwait, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Russia or Lebanon, France, Japan and Greece.
Since 2020 I work in private practice as a Core Energetics practitioner.
I have been teaching Brain Gym in schools, companies and groups since 2005.
In 2018 I organised Walk With Me, a giving back project where I taught 750 public primary school teachers tools from Brain Gym in Moquegua, Peru, Paillaco, Chile, Galatsion, Attica, Greece and Mytiline, Lesvos island, Greece.

I am a 3in1 concepts facilitator, Brain Gym, Movement Dynamics, Vision Circle, DD Art Instructor, BG 104 Instructor, trained in Applied Physiology, LEAP, Touch For Health, Wellness Kinesiology, Developmental Kinesiology, RMTi, Neurodevelopmental Kinesiology, BAVX and IMP. I have trained extensively in Non-Violent Communication, completed the intensive program of The Work by Byron Katie and have participated in a number of workshops.
