I am a psychologist with a Bachelor’s degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Leiden University in the Netherlands, where I graduated with honors. My clinical training focused on psychotherapy under supervision, supporting university students experiencing anxiety, trauma, and relational difficulties.
My professional path has been shaped by both academic research and real-world practice. My master’s research explored how eye contact between adolescents and parents relates to depression and self-esteem, deepening my understanding of how emotional connection and communication affect mental well-being. Alongside my studies, I volunteered with The Smile of the Child and Milamou.gr, providing emotional support to individuals and children in need.
These experiences — across cultures, communities, and therapeutic settings, have taught me that healing often begins in spaces of empathy and curiosity. My goal as a therapist is to help you feel understood, safe, and empowered to move toward greater emotional balance and authenticity.
