About me

I am a licensed Psychologist living and working in Greece with a specialization in Counseling. I mostly work with people suffering from stress & anxiety, intusive thoughts, low self-esteem, loss & bereavement and overwhelm. I have traveled, lived and studied abroad, have worked and made friends with people from different countries of the world (England, India, China, Malaysia, France, Venezuela and so on) and therefore I have a good understanding of anyone's culture and their every day struggles. I provide an online safe space for you to talk for all things mental health without being judged or feeling ashamed. Together we can dive in and learn all about what causes and contributes to you feeling this way and then arm you up and take back control of your life! Don't hesitate to reach me out for further information. Looking forward to hearing from you, Vicky Lambrinou TikTok and INSTAGRAM: @windows.to.our.soul

You might be feeling overwhelmed in ways that are hard to explain to others. Maybe you’re used to holding everything together on the outside, while inside there’s anxiety, confusion, or a sense that something just isn’t right. At times, you may notice patterns in your relationships that leave you feeling stuck, or emotions that seem confusing, intense, or hard to manage. Or maybe there’s simply a quiet feeling that something in your life isn’t quite aligned. Whatever brings you here, your experience matters. In our work together, I offer a space where you can slow down and explore what you’re going through at your own pace. A space where you don’t have to filter yourself or have everything figured out. We will pay attention to what is happening for you in the present moment—your thoughts, emotions, and bodily experience—so that you can begin to understand yourself more deeply. I believe that meaningful change comes through awareness, acceptance, and a genuine therapeutic relationship. My role is to meet you with openness and respect, and to support you in reconnecting with your own needs, choices, and sense of direction.
