In our work together, I offer a space where you can slow down and explore what you’re going through at your own pace. A space where you don’t have to filter yourself or have everything figured out. We will pay attention to what is happening for you in the present moment—your thoughts, emotions, and bodily experience—so that you can begin to understand yourself more deeply.
I believe that meaningful change comes through awareness, acceptance, and a genuine therapeutic relationship. My role is to meet you with openness and respect, and to support you in reconnecting with your own needs, choices, and sense of direction.
