I'm a psychologist with a master's degree in Sports psychology and I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. As a former coach and champion, I have a thorough understanding of what it's like to be under pressure. When combined with my education, I can assist in managing pressure-filled situations, coming up with solutions, and keeping the required composure. With my full attention and support, the client will be able to determine what will work best for them. My experience with adults, adolescents and children has given me a broad perspective on the problems these individuals face, so I know how to help as best I can.
The Cognitive Behavioural Therapy framework focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. It uses structured, goal-oriented techniques to help individuals develop healthier coping strategies, improving emotional regulation and problem-solving in daily life. As a Sport and CBT psychologist, I help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns, replacing them with healthier, more realistic ones. Through structured sessions, I guide my clients in practicing new coping strategies to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.
