About me
My name is Flora, the meaning of my name is “flower”. Inspired by this, I believe that in nature every flower is a soul blossoming. Our aim in life should be to nurture our soul and help it blossom into a wonderful, strong flower. My studies focus in Humanities -- Bachelor in Social Work and MSc in Counseling. I have 10 years of professional experience.
Το όνομα μου είναι Φλώρα, και σημαίνει "Λουλούδι". Με έμπνευση από το νόημα του ονόματος μου, πιστεύω ότι στην φύση κάθε λουλούδι είναι μια ψυχή που ανθίζει. Στη ζωή μπορούμε να καλλιεργούμε την ψυχή μας και να την βοηθήσουμε να ανθίσει ως ένα υπέροχο, δυνατό λουλούδι. Οι σπουδές μου επικεντρώνονται στις Ανθρωπιστικές Επιστήμες - Πτυχίο Κοινωνικής Εργασίας και MSc στη Συμβουλευτική. Έχω 10 χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας.

As a Mental Health Counselor, my goal is to give you the right tools and guide you to use them properly so that you can work out issues that concern you. The progress will make you feel empowered, resulting into a more satisfying and integrated life on a personal level and as a member of the society. My approach is Existential Systemic Psychotherapy.
Counseling is a process of interaction between the Counselor and the counselee. It approaches social, emotional, cultural and socio - economic issues. Through our sessions, you will have the chance to unlock your potential, to make choices and develop your way of thinking. The process will ultimately give you motivation to face your limitations, it will give you purpose to run back into the game of life and play by your newly set rules.
Each session lasts 1 hour. The frequency of meetings is determined based on the needs of the individual. For people who would like immediate intervention or have limited time, a 3-session package is recommended. Through the package of 3 sessions, we will identify the issue that complicates your daily life and we will examine it further in order to unfold its connection to your vulnerabilities.
Every communication and/or session, between counselor and counselee is based on confidentiality, trust and equality. This is a judge-free zone, do not hesitate to share with me your deepest feelings and thoughts.
