The approach I follow in my practice is inspired and influenced by different techniques and methods, but always under the broader context of systemic therapy and psychotherapy. It is an approach focused mainly on the individual as a complete organism formed by distinct systems (biological, psychological, spiritual), as well as an active participant in a group of people (couples, families, working environments).
I work in different settings and there is an enormous flexibility on that (private sessions person to person, couple therapy or mediation, family counseling, adolescent groups, work supervision etc).
I am interested in relationships and interactions. My main concern and great belief at the same time is how things are interconnected and interrelated, how small changes can lead to much bigger ones. Illuminating areas hidden in the darkness for a long time, lead to an awareness awakening and consciousness broader understanding, indispensable tools for our everyday lives and existence nowadays.
My holistic view on daily life has led to integrate in my work more somatic and spiritual techniques. Yoga practice adjustable to all levels and body needs, as well as meditation methods and breathing exercises are also included in my therapeutic tool case
with a positive feedback and acknowledgment.
