About me
I am a Certified Body Psychotherapist with a Masters in Psychology. I also have a background in Theater and professional acting and therefore my therapy practice is naturally infused with creativity, expression and play. I am based in Greece, have lived in Germany and practice in three languages. I commit to leading with the heart and grounding in the body.

The heart connection, the soul to soul contract between me and the client is the foundation of each session. With that intention in mind and after that connection has been established I work with the principles of somatic/ body psychotherapy. Which means: Awareness alone is not enough to bring about change. Mobilizing our physical energy ( life force) brings lasting changes both in our inner world and our outer experience of life. Within the safe environment of the one to one online therapy session we bring awareness and consciousness to the clients current difficulty, but we also involve the body by moving the energy as well as the breath.
