Myrto Ntente

I am a licensed in practice Greek Psychologist/ Psycho-sexologist and also a CBT Psychotherapist. I currently live in Athens, Greece and I provide Greek and English online and in person sessions.

I have obtained my BA in Psychology from the Open University UK and my MS in Psychosexual Therapy from the University in Central Lancashire UK. I have received training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy focuses on anxiety, emotional issues, eating disorders, trauma etc. Beyond my formal education, I am continually committed to staying at the forefront of therapeutic practices through ongoing professional development and training.

With a primary focus on CBT, my specialized training equips me to address a range of concerns, including anxiety, emotional issues, eating disorders, and trauma. My therapeutic approach is anchored in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can freely explore and navigate the challenges hindering your everyday life.
