After spending three years working in a fast-paced environment at a major consulting firm, I gained firsthand experience in managing high-pressure situations, tight deadlines, and the toll that workplace stress can take on mental health. While I thrived professionally, I became increasingly aware of the prevalence of anxiety, burnout, and panic attacks among my colleagues and myself. This growing awareness sparked a deep interest in understanding the psychological impact of work-related stress and led me to reassess my career path.
Driven by a desire to make a more meaningful impact, I decided to transition from consulting to the field of psychotherapy. I am currently pursuing training in Gestalt therapy, a modality that focuses on self-awareness and the present moment, which aligns with my passion for helping individuals manage stress and regain balance in their personal and professional lives. My goal is to support people in navigating the pressures of modern work environments, helping them to address anxiety, burnout, and other stress-related challenges with greater resilience and self-compassion.
By integrating my background in corporate consulting with my growing expertise in psychotherapy, I aim to create a space where professionals can find relief, gain insights, and develop healthier coping strategies to thrive both personally and professionally.
