I am a licensed psychologist, currently working in my native Greece with adults from diverse identity backgrounds. I have extensive experience providing trauma-informed therapy, both in individual and group settings, within international organizations, non-profits, and various community agencies. I hold a M.Sc. in Applied Social Psychology from the University of Sussex and a B.A. (Hons) in Psychology from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. I also hold licensure to practice as a psychologist in Greece, and am a Graduate Member (GMBPsS) of the British Psychological Society (BPS), an International Affiliate of the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA), and a member in good standing with the Association of Greek Psychologists (SEPS).
I have a background working with individuals, families, and communities who have survived traumatic events, as well as people with lived/living experience of a wellness-related challenge, such as depression, anxiety, PTSD. My areas of focus include resilient coping responses to personal and collective trauma; gender, sexuality, and relationship diversity (GSRD); grief and loss; relationship issues; life transitions.
I am bilingual and offer sessions in both English and Greek.
I draw from various therapeutic modalities, including Narrative Therapy, Family Therapy & Systemic Practice, Trauma Therapy, Mindfulness, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I strive to provide a safe and affirming space for the people I work with, while maintaining a stance of curiosity and critical reflection in my practice. As an enthusiastic learner, I continuously pursue learning opportunities that help me anchor my therapy work in anti-oppressive and feminist frameworks.
