My path as a therapist has grown over the years through both my studies and the people I’ve worked with. I studied Psychology in Greece and later completed a Master’s in the UK, where I trained in Clinical Psychology with a focus on CBT.
Along the way, I realised how important it is to include the body in the therapeutic process—not just the mind. This led me to begin a second Master’s, and I’m currently training as a Dance Movement Therapist in Spain, working from a psychodynamic perspective.
I’ve with people from diverse backgrounds (adults and kids), and I have experience supporting people through trauma, high levels of stress, and personal transitions.
