My journey as a therapist has been shaped over the years by both my training and the people I´ve worked with. I studied Psychology in Greece and later completed a Master’s in the UK, where I trained in Clinical Psychology with a focus on CBT.
Along the way, I realised how important it is to include the body in the therapeutic process—not just the mind. This led me to begin a second Master’s, and I’m currently training as a Dance Movement Therapist in Spain, working from a psychodynamic perspective.
I’ve worked with people from diverse backgrounds (adults and kids), and I have experience supporting people through trauma, high levels of stress, and personal transitions.
I work with a holistic and integrative approach, drawing from different therapeutic approaches. My work is mainly grounded in a psychodynamic perspective, while also incorporating somatic and dance movement practices when and if necessary.
This means we can explore both your thoughts and emotions, as well as how your experiences are held in the body, always adapting the process to your needs.
