About me

My journey into psychology began with a deep curiosity about human pain, resilience, and the quiet strength people carry even in their most vulnerable moments. I have always been drawn to the stories that are not easily spoken—the emotions that stay hidden, the patterns that repeat, and the wounds that seek understanding rather than judgment. Through my academic training and clinical experience, I have learned that healing is not about “fixing” someone, but about walking beside them as they rediscover their inner resources. As a Clinical Psychologist with a background in Applied Clinical Psychology, I work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and issues related to self-worth and identity. My approach is integrative, grounded in evidence-based practice while remaining deeply human and emotionally attuned. I believe that therapy is not a cold or distant process, but a living relationship built on trust, safety, and genuine connection. At the heart of my work is the belief that everyone deserves a space where they can slow down, breathe, and exist without pressure or fear. In our sessions, I aim to offer a “safe place” where emotions are welcomed, not rushed away, and where personal growth unfolds at its own pace. Healing, to me, is a collaborative journey—one that honors each person’s story, timing, and unique path forward.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
CBT: Cognitive behavioral therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
CounsellingRecommended for those who want to talk through their emotional challenges with a professional in a safe, supportive environment.
Psychodynamic therapyRecommended for those looking to explore their emotions deeply and understand how past experiences shape their present life.
My therapeutic style is rooted in safety, authenticity, and genuine human connection. I believe that meaningful change begins when a person feels truly seen—not analyzed, rushed, or judged, but met exactly where they are. In our work together, I focus on creating a space where you can exhale, lower your defenses, and speak honestly, sometimes for the first time, about what you carry inside. I work in a collaborative and integrative way, adapting the therapeutic process to each individual rather than forcing a single method or framework. Sessions are both emotionally attuned and practical. We explore thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relational patterns with curiosity and compassion, while also building concrete tools you can use in your everyday life. Therapy is not only about insight—it is about learning how to regulate emotions, set boundaries, understand triggers, and respond to challenges with greater clarity and self-trust. A central part of my work involves gently uncovering deeper emotional experiences and long-standing patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we slow things down enough to understand what your symptoms are trying to communicate, rather than trying to silence them. I help clients reconnect with parts of themselves that may have been neglected, criticized, or pushed aside, allowing self-acceptance and emotional resilience to grow naturally over time. At the same time, I place strong emphasis on practicality and real-life application. We translate emotional insight into action—small, sustainable changes that feel achievable and meaningful. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, trauma, emotional exhaustion, relationship difficulties, or a sense of disconnection from yourself, our work is guided by your goals, your pace, and your personal values. Above all, I see therapy as a shared journey. I am not the expert who stands above you, but a trained professional who walks beside you—offering structure, reflection, and support while respecting your autonomy and inner wisdom. My role is to help you feel safer within yourself, clearer in your choices, and more grounded as you move forward in your life.
