I provide therapy tailored to your unique experiences, whether you’re facing anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, or life transitions. My commitment is to guide and support you.
I’ve always been fascinated by how the mind shapes the way we think, feel, and connect with others. With roots in both Greece and Italy, I developed a deep interest in how different perspectives and backgrounds influence human experience. My studies in Social, Cognitive, and Dynamic Psychology, combined with years of training, have allowed me to explore both the conscious and unconscious aspects of the mind.
Today, I integrate insights from psychoanalysis, neuroscience, and cognitive psychology in my private practice. My goal is to help clients uncover the deeper roots of their emotional challenges, gain clarity, and foster lasting personal growth through thoughtful, compassionate support.
Licensed Psychologist – License Number: 8710(572)
My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are deeply influenced by unconscious processes and unresolved conflicts. I see the mind as a complex system where the patterns we experience today often have their roots in past experiences and unconscious beliefs. My work focuses on uncovering these deeper forces, helping clients gain insight into their inner worlds and understand how these forces continue to shape their lives.
In my practice, I combine insights from dynamic psychology, neuroscience, and cognitive psychology to offer a holistic approach to therapy. I am particularly interested in the connection between the mind and body, recognizing that our emotional experiences are not only psychological but also have a tangible biological basis. By integrating these perspectives, I work with clients to address both the unconscious influences and the physiological responses that impact their mental health. My goal is to empower clients to gain clarity, resolve past conflicts, and create lasting, meaningful change in their lives.
