I bring a culturally sensitive and inclusive approach to my work, supporting people from diverse backgrounds and identities, including internationals, biculturals, LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent community.
As I have always been passionate about the human mind, culture and belonging, my life path brought me to study Cultural and Social Psychology and Integrative Psychotherapy. This journey allowed me to create an inclusive and safe space for people to explore their inner world, whether they are navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, relationship difficulties, identity questions, and major life transitions.
In my work as a therapist, I hold a deep understanding of how cultural and social context, migration, and identity shape emotional wellbeing and our sense of self. Having worked with more than 25 nationalities in the therapy room, I bring this perspective into creating a space where all parts of your identity are welcomed, respected, and understood within the broader context of your lived experience.
As a nomad soul myself, I have spent the past 11 years living between countries, which has deeply shaped my understanding of what it means to search for grounding, connection, and belonging while building a life across cultures.
My approach to therapy is integrative and deeply personalised, meaning I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities and adapt them to your unique needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all method.
My work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, somatic therapy, CBT, mindfulness, person-centered therapy, and trauma-focused approaches. This allows us to explore not only thoughts and behaviors, but also emotional patterns, relational dynamics, and nervous system responses.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process that moves at your pace, combining practical tools with deeper self-understanding to support meaningful and lasting change.
A central part of my work is creating a safe, grounded, and non-judgmental space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin to live more in alignment with who you truly are.
