I am a dedicated and compassionate couple and family therapist specializing in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges, break free from unproductive patterns, and build meaningful, lasting connections. With a trauma-informed, integrative approach, I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, emotional intimacy, relationship conflict, and trauma. My work is deeply rooted in cultural awareness, recognizing that every individual’s experiences are shaped by their background, values, and relationships.
My clinical experience includes working at the Center for Healthy Families at the University of Maryland, USA where I supported individuals, couples, and families through concerns such as suicidality, identity exploration, ambiguous loss, and relational struggles. I draw from evidence-based modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), family systems models, and trauma-informed practices, tailoring each session to the unique needs of my clients.
Whether through in-person or online therapy, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and empowering space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. My goal is to help you develop self-awareness, emotional resilience, and practical skills that foster healing, personal growth, and stronger relationships.
I hold a Master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy from the University of Maryland, College Park, US and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Rhetoric. Additionally, I am a proud member of the European Family Therapy Association. Currently, I am a trainee in the Hellenic Federation for Psychoanalytic Group Psychotherapy.
I believe that change is possible for everyone, and I am here to guide you through that journey—helping you rediscover your sense of self, strengthen your relationships, and crea te a life aligned with your values and aspirations.
