English & Greek Speaking Psychologist MS.c /Therapist in Athens. I offer a relational, integrative approach drawing on CAT, psychodynamic theory, parts work, and trauma-informed care. LGBTQI+ and intercultural inclusive.
I’m a licensed psychologist (MSc) and psychotherapist based in Athens, Greece. My professional journey includes work in a range of clinical and community settings, including hospital units, a specialized eating disorders outpatient clinic, public mental health services, and mobile outreach teams offering care in underserved areas. These diverse experiences have shaped a grounded and flexible approach to therapy.
I am a certified psychotherapist with extensive and diverse training across various therapeutic modalities. I have completed extensive clinical training in psychotherapy and counselling, including long-term training in Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Psychodynamic and Psychoanalytic approaches, as well as specialized work in treating eating disorders using Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ECBT).
Having been an expat myself, I’m familiar with the emotional complexity that can come with relocation, identity shifts, and cultural adaptation. I work with adults and adolescents from various backgrounds, supporting them through life transitions, emotional difficulties, identity questions, and long-standing patterns that may feel hard to shift.
I offer online sessions as well as in person therapy sessions in Athens, Greece.

I believe that healing takes place within a strong, collaborative relationship grounded in trust and mutual understanding. My approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), psychodynamic theory, trauma-informed care, and parts work. I also incorporate elements of attachment theory and existential thought, with a focus on exploring the patterns that shape a person’s life and relationships.
My work centers on understanding the underlying roots of emotional difficulties, identifying unhelpful patterns, and supporting the development of new ways of relating — both internally and externally. I aim to offer a thoughtful, compassionate space where self-exploration and change can unfold at a meaningful pace.
Having personal and professional experience with cultural transitions, I’m also attentive to the impact of context and identity, particularly for those navigating life across cultures or adjusting to new environments.
