I am originally from Greece and Romania, and I have been fortunate to live and work in a variety of cultural contexts, which has profoundly shaped both my worldview and my approach to therapy. I spent five years in the Netherlands, where I pursued my studies and professional development, and a year in Asia, primarily in Thailand, immersing myself in meditation practices and holistic approaches to well-being. Currently, I live and work in Athens, where I integrate these rich experiences into my therapeutic practice.
I hold two Master’s degrees, one in Clinical Psychology and another in Positive Psychology, which provide me with a unique perspective that blends scientific rigor with a focus on human flourishing. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working in a wide range of settings, including health centers, universities, rehabilitation clinics, a bipolar clinic, and artistic communities. These diverse experiences have not only enhanced my understanding of mental health but also deepened my appreciation for the complexity of human life across different environments and cultural backgrounds.
I approach therapy with a holistic and compassionate perspective, combining evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with mindfulness and positive psychology techniques. My international experiences and interdisciplinary background allow me to connect with individuals from all walks of life, helping them navigate challenges, foster resilience, and cultivate a life that is meaningful and fulfilling.
