My work is grounded in systemic therapy, which means I see challenges not as flaws within you, but as patterns shaped by relationships, life experiences, and social contexts. Rather than asking “What’s wrong with me?”, we explore “What has happened, and how has it shaped me?”
I integrate tools from different approaches such as cognitive-behavioral, narrative, and psychodynamic approaches depending on what resonates with you. Some sessions may focus on emotional processing, others on practical coping strategies, relational patterns, or meaning-making. Therapy with me is collaborative and interactive. we explore patterns, meanings, and the ways your environment and experiences influence how you feel. We think together, reflect together, and sometimes laugh together. If it feels okay for my clients, I’ll occasionally provide narrative-based homework to help deepen your insights and sustain progress between sessions, reinforcing the insights gained during our time together.
Above all, I value creating a judgment-free space where you can speak openly, explore difficult emotions, and reconnect with self-acceptance and empowerment. Therapy is not about labeling, it is about understanding, strengthening, and growing in ways that feel authentic to you.
