My work is guided by genuine care, compassion and openness to each person’s unique story. I offer a space where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or have everything figured out.
I am a Licensed Psychologist with a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Addiction Treatment, and training in Systemic Psychotherapy. What motivates me in my work is a deep interest and care for people’s stories, their resilience, and their capacity to grow and create meaningful change.
I have worked with adults and their networks in Greece, the UK, and online, supporting people from diverse cultural and personal backgrounds. I feel particularly comfortable working with expats, travelers, and individuals navigating transitions or different lifestyles. Outside my work, I enjoy traveling, nature, music, and continuous learning, all of which shape my openness to different perspectives.
In therapy, my aim is to offer a thoughtful and supportive space where we can explore your experiences together and move toward meaningful and sustainable change.
My work is grounded in systemic therapy, which means I see challenges not as flaws within you, but as patterns shaped by relationships, life experiences, and social contexts. Rather than asking “What’s wrong with me?”, we explore “What has happened, and how has it shaped me?”
I integrate tools from different approaches such as cognitive-behavioral, narrative, and psychodynamic approaches depending on what resonates with you. Some sessions may focus on emotional processing, others on practical coping strategies, relational patterns, or meaning-making. Therapy with me is collaborative and interactive. we explore patterns, meanings, and the ways your environment and experiences influence how you feel. We think together, reflect together, and sometimes laugh together. If it feels okay for my clients, I’ll occasionally provide narrative-based homework to help deepen your insights and sustain progress between sessions, reinforcing the insights gained during our time together.
Above all, I value creating a judgment-free space where you can speak openly, explore difficult emotions, and reconnect with self-acceptance and empowerment. Therapy is not about labeling, it is about understanding, strengthening, and growing in ways that feel authentic to you.
