I am an experienced psychotherapist and counselor, working with individuals, couples, and groups. I lived, trained, and practiced for over a decade in London, UK, and I am registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). For the last four years, I have been living in Athens, Greece, while studying Process Work Psychology in Hawaii and other locations worldwide.
From a young age, I have followed my spiritual interests and practised Buddhism. When I decided to pursue my vocation as a psychotherapist, I chose to study Western psychological approaches, including Psychosynthesis, Jungian psychology, and Process-oriented psychology. These approaches integrate and draw from Eastern philosophies and their wisdom. Over the years, my interest in spirituality has expanded to include shamanic and other practices that reflect this profound knowledge.
This diverse perspective enables me to address the sociological, political, and cultural dimensions of the times we are living in. I strive to empower individuals and challenge the oppression that stems from our backgrounds, conditioning, and culture.
Having lived my entire adult life abroad, I have developed an openness and understanding of intersectionality, diversity issues, and different cultures, orientations, and backgrounds. I am committed to continuous growth and learning through ongoing professional training.
