I completed my master’s degree in clinical psychology in 2015 and have been working in private practice since 2018. My career has been shaped by curiosity, collaboration, and a deep commitment to evidence-based, client-centered care. While my journey began with training in cognitive-behavioral therapy, I later specialized in compassion-, acceptance-, and mindfulness-based approaches, which shifted my focus to understanding the role of our symptoms and how we relate to them.
My curiosity then led me to explore dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), which taught me how to effectively support clients navigating intense emotions and complex interpersonal dynamics. From there, I discovered Internal Family Systems (IFS), a transformative model that now anchors my practice. IFS helps us embrace every part of ourselves (whether critical, fearful, angry, addictive, distracting or perfectionistic, for example) as valuable and deserving of care.
I value the balance of professionalism with genuine connection, offering a therapeutic relationship that feels equal, safe, and human.
