My practice is informed by evidence-based therapies, mostly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also have specialized training in adult ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), including diagnosing the condition and designing effective interventions to help you better manage its symptoms.
Each person is unique, and our work together will be tailored to your specific needs and goals.
A session with me will be a relaxed, yet deep conversation where we will address your concerns, challenges, and needs. I am a human being just like you, and so we will laugh, cry, swear, and have both light and profound moments during our sessions.
The first few sessions will be all about your current difficulties and struggles, and we will also touch on your life history to understand the path that brought you to where you are today, and how you were shaped by your experiences and by the people in your life (parents, friends, partners, and other significant relationships).
My aim is to foster awareness about how you think, feel, and behave, and to provide you with actionable tools and strategies that you can use to overcome your struggles.
