As a highly sensitive person, I bring awareness for the unspoken, the hidden, and that which longs to be seen. My work is grounded in compassion, presence, and intuition—while psychology and coaching expand my toolkit, intuition is the foundation of my guidance.
Crises has been my teacher - to develop a deep trust in life. I have experienced what it means to go through inner processes of dying and to find calm in the unknown, allowing space for new beginnings. These experiences inform my work and enable me to support others mindfully through their own transitions. I work somatically and integratively, following the flow of life’s vitality.
Creative expression, dance, painting, drumming, nature, and community are my sources of inspiration. I love creating spaces where people can reconnect with their sense of aliveness.
My work is holistic, resource-oriented, and tailored to each individual. Focus Areas: Emotional expression, femininity & cycles, spirituality, life transitions, grief, attachment, sexuality, and anxiety.
Pathways to explore:
Somatic: We investigate bodily sensations in the here and now. The body often reveals unconscious patterns and blockages—through mindful awareness, we release them and integrate new experiences.
Systemic: Your experiences are viewed in the context of your relationships and social environment. This helps uncover dynamics and opens the way for new patterns of interaction to emerge.
Depth: We explore inner dynamics, old wounds, and recurring patterns.
Trauma-Informed: Every session moves at your pace. Safety and trust are central, allowing even challenging topics to be approached gently and mindfully.
Creative: I draw from a diverse toolbox of methods—from movement, dance, and painting to psychological interventions and coaching techniques.
Spiritual: We cultivate trust, meaning, and a sense of connectedness to life, incorporating karmic or soul-level perspectives when relevant.
