Behavioral therapy is a scientifically recognized guideline procedure that assumes that psychological discomfort is the result of conscious and unconscious learning processes. At the beginning of the treatment, we will work out which conditions in your life story and your current life situation have contributed to the development and maintenance of the psychological symptoms and which are still effective. On this basis, we will determine the therapy goals and the treatment plan. In behavior therapy you will be motivated and guided to actively change your actions, thoughts and feelings. Your existing strengths and abilities - also called resources - will be worked out and made usable for the change process.
