My therapeutic style is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which emphasizes the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I work collaboratively with clients to identify unhelpful patterns, develop coping strategies, and build skills that support long-term well-being. While structured and goal-oriented, my approach is also flexible—I tailor interventions to each person’s needs and strengths.
Alongside core CBT methods, I also use strategies that help clients change the way they relate not only to their thoughts but also to their emotions and bodily sensations. Everyone experiences unwanted thoughts, distressing feelings, or uncomfortable sensations at times; what often matters most is how we respond to them. To support this process, I sometimes integrate mindfulness-based techniques, which encourage awareness and acceptance. These practices help clients observe their inner experiences without judgment and create healthier, more adaptive responses.
I place great importance on teaching practical skills that can be applied both in therapy sessions and in daily life. Clients are encouraged to practice these strategies between sessions, making the process active and collaborative. I believe therapy is most successful when it empowers individuals not only to manage current difficulties but also to approach future challenges with greater resilience and confidence.
