My work is rooted in psychoanalysis, and I hold close the meaning of the word itself: an analysis of the psyche. For me, this means creating a space where thoughts, feelings, and experiences — even those that seem contradictory or difficult to express — can be spoken and explored. I believe that therapy is not about rushing to give answers, but about listening deeply, so that what has been silenced can emerge.
In our sessions, I pay attention to both what is said and what is left unsaid. Together, we trace the patterns, repetitions, and hidden stories that shape your life. Sometimes these appear in relationships, in dreams, in language, or even in the small details of everyday life. By bringing them into awareness, we open the possibility of understanding not only symptoms, but also the deeper questions of identity, desire, and belonging.
I see therapy as a collaborative journey, where my role is to accompany you with presence and curiosity. I do not impose ready-made solutions, but instead help you create space for your own discoveries. My aim is to provide a reflective, supportive environment in which you can encounter yourself more fully and give new meaning to your story.
