I’m an MA in Psychology and a CBT psychotherapist trained in REBT, ACT, and CFT, with several years of clinical experience and work with over 100 clients. Alongside therapy, I bring more than a decade of experience in HR and organizational work, which gives me a deep understanding of stress, performance pressure, and identity tied to work.
My approach is warm, practical, and human. I combine empathy with clarity, helping you understand your inner patterns and build tools you can use long after therapy ends. Sessions with me are a space where you can be honest, imperfect, and real, while still working toward meaningful change.
I often work with:
- Trauma and PTSD
- Anxiety and panic attacks
- Relationships and attachment
- Career changes and professional struggles
- Loss, grief, and emotional pain
- Burnout and chronic stress
I also work extensively with people from the Balkans living in the diaspora, helping them navigate identity, belonging, and life transitions between cultures.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. My role is to help you find your footing, strengthen your inner resources, and move forward in a way that feels true to you.
