Licensed Clinical Psychologist offering structured, evidence-based therapy for adolescents and adults seeking clarity, emotional stability, and meaningful psychological change.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist based in Spain, trained in both clinical practice and research. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidad Europea de Madrid, following earlier academic studies in Liberal Arts at Seneca College in Toronto, which was a strong foundation in psychological theory, clinical methodology, and cross-cultural understanding.
My professional formation included extensive supervised clinical training within accredited mental health services, where I developed competencies in psychological assessment, case formulation, and evidence-based intervention. My academic work has addressed topics such as early-onset gender role conflict, strengthening my ability to integrate research-informed reasoning into clinical practice.
I work with adolescents and adults facing emotional distress, relational complexity, and developmental challenges. My practice emphasizes clarity of formulation, structured therapeutic work, and long-term psychological development.
My therapeutic style is structured, collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practice. I primarily draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy, while adapting interventions to the individual needs, developmental stage, and goals of each client.
The therapeutic process begins with an assessment phase, during which we clarify presenting concerns, personal history, relational patterns, and desired outcomes. Establishing clear goals is central to my work, as it allows therapy to remain focused and purposeful. Sessions are active and reflective as we explore the patterns that maintain distress while simultaneously developing practical tools to regulate emotions, challenge maladaptive thinking, and strengthen adaptive behaviors.
I place strong emphasis on identifying underlying cognitive and relational patterns, particularly those shaped by attachment experiences and identity development. Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, I aim to help clients build insight, psychological flexibility and long-term resilience. Therapy is not a passive space; it is an engaged and collaborative process that encourages autonomy, self-awareness, and sustainable change.
