I was born in Caracas, Venezuela and have lived in Brazil, U.S.A, Denmark and now in Spain. Based in Barcelona, I dedicated more than a decade in the corporate world until a few painful life experiences drove me to dive into the psychotherapy world and do a profound process of getting to know myself. While diving these depths, I started taking courses and now I’m a certified Body-center therapist and an Integrative Humanist therapist under the Humanist branch of the American psychologist Carl Rogers. Cross-culturally educated, LGBTQIA+ friendly and trauma informed.
"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change." Carl Rogers

How will this come to be? Following the wisdom of your body’s sensations (bottom up approach), listening to current emotions that surface and using other tools as resources, you will be able to explore beliefs, feelings and parts of yourself to a point in time where you can understand, integrate and reframe them to change your inner world.
Tools used: Inner child work, Gestalt, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Sistemic, body-centered therapy, non-violent communication.
