About me

I have training in Integrative Psychotherapy (SAT Program – 200 hours), Trauma Support (Institut Integratiu – 16 hours), Body-Oriented Approaches (Francis Elizalde – 64 hours), as well as courses and workshops on Community Facilitation, Couples Therapy, Pedagogy, and Coeducation.

A humanistic and social perspective has always sparked my curiosity. This led me to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology (UAB), with a specialization in Gender and Sexualities. After graduating, I began working in the social and educational fields, which motivated me to complete a Postgraduate Degree in Inclusive Education (UB), where I developed a project on Bullying and Discrimination Prevention—addressing group dynamics, conflict resolution, and emotional education—while simultaneously training as a therapist.

Professionally, I have worked in the socio-educational sector, offering both individual and group support to children and youth at social risk, homeless men, work around masculinities, women who have experienced gender-based violence, and LGTBI+ individuals, including gender transitions and support for their environments. I provide training for professionals in the education and social sectors to support them in addressing issues related to gender, sexuality, and discrimination.

I am also involved in music and have led workshops on creative writing and self-expression.

Treatment Approaches
Gestalt therapyRecommended for those who want to focus on the present and take responsibility for their feelings and actions to promote personal growth.
Humanistic psychologyRecommended for those looking for a therapy that emphasizes personal growth and self-fulfillment, focusing on becoming your best self in a positive, non-judgmental space.

I offer individual Gestalt-oriented therapy sessions, both in person in Barcelona and Manresa, and online. I also provide support sessions for the families and close circles of LGTBI individuals, as well as training for professionals working in the fields of gender and sexuality.
