About me

Passionate. Effective. Comprehensive. Psychologist, artist, and educator. I thrive on sharing knowledge, inspiring others, and facilitating personal growth. Enthusiastic, communicative, and deeply committed to motivating and empowering those around me.

For 15 years, I lived abroad, immersing myself in diverse cultures and perspectives. I studied art in the Netherlands, specializing in fragrance and the sense of smell, while also exploring analog filmmaking. Later, during a decade in Berlin, I founded Smell Lab, an interactive space where I connected with thousands of people, hosting workshops and creating unique sensory experiences.

Over time, my path led me to psychology. With patience and dedication, I trained as a psychotherapist to support others through transformative processes. My approach is integrative, intersectional, and feminist, embracing the complexity of individual experiences. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand the importance of safe, judgment-free spaces where you can reconnect with yourself and explore your authenticity. My goal is to help you embrace your uniqueness and grow into new possibilities, guiding you with empathy and presence every step of the way.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Humanistic psychologyRecommended for those looking for a therapy that emphasizes personal growth and self-fulfillment, focusing on becoming your best self in a positive, non-judgmental space.
IFS: Internal family systemsRecommended for those who want to explore and heal the different parts of themselves that might feel conflicted or overwhelmed.
Person-centred approachRecommended for those looking for a supportive, non-judgmental space where they can lead the conversation and explore their feelings at their own pace.

At the core of my practice is the commitment to creating a non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely and authentically. I believe in fostering self-growth through deep empathy, meeting you at your own rhythm, and supporting you in your unique process of transformation.

My therapeutic approach is primarily based on Carl Rogers' person-centered therapy, emphasizing unconditional positive regard and genuine connection. I integrate elements from the Hakomi method, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Gestalt techniques, creating a holistic and experiential way of working. Additionally, I am currently training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy to further support trauma processing through the mind-body connection.

Together, we will explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion, allowing healing and growth to unfold naturally.

Experience

My journey into psychotherapy is built upon years of experience facilitating group dynamics, deep listening, and creating safe spaces for exploration and self-expression. Through Smell Lab, the interactive project I founded, I have worked with diverse groups, guiding workshops and artistic experiences that encourage sensory awareness, emotional connection, and personal insight.

In addition, as part of my psychotherapy training, I have completed extensive clinical practice, working with individuals in a therapeutic setting under supervision. This experience has allowed me to refine my skills in presence, active listening, and adapting to each person’s unique needs.

My combined background in the arts, group facilitation, and psychotherapy allows me to offer a warm, creative, and deeply attuned approach to therapy. I am committed to providing a safe, empathetic, and empowering space where you can embark on your journey of self-discovery and healing.
