Hello! My name is Florencia, and I’m a clinical psychotherapist. Throughout my training, I’ve had the privilege of learning from remarkable mentors in systemic therapy, mindfulness, ACT, and CFT. My approach encourages us to move away from viewing ourselves as "broken, sick, or crazy" and instead embrace the idea that we exist within a dynamic web of relationships that shape the meaning of our actions. Thanks to the openness of my patients, who have shared their stories and family dynamics with me, I’ve come to understand the importance of learning and relearning emotional, behavioral, and cognitive patterns.
