I am a psychologist (MSc) and coach with over 20 years of professional experience in mental health care, coaching, and psychological consultancy.
I graduated at Utrecht University in the Netherlands and completed post-graduate training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of clients across different sectors, ages, and cultural backgrounds, supporting issues such as stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, and identity-related challenges.
Alongside therapy, I have extensive experience in coaching professionals, managers, and entrepreneurs on personal leadership, self-confidence, decision-making, and work–life balance.
My work is evidence-based, goal-oriented, and always tailored to the individual. I value clarity, depth, and practical progress, and I aim to create tangible results rather than long, open-ended processes whenever possible.
On a personal level, I am originally from the Netherlands and have been living abroad for more than 11 years. Together with my partner and our three children, I have lived in Germany, Spain, and the United States.
This international life experience strongly informs my work, particularly with expats and internationally mobile clients. I understand both professionally and personally what it means to navigate change, redefine roles, and build stability and confidence in a new environment.
