As a young adult, I decided to study Tourism, and this led me to live in Canada and Costa Rica—experiences that enriched me enormously. Upon returning to Barcelona, I felt the urge to continue studying and chose Business Administration, a versatile education that complemented the previous one. But something must have been stirring inside me, because I kept seeking new learning experiences in the humanistic field. Alongside my work, I felt a strong curiosity about personal development. I studied Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Co-Active Coaching… and with the arrival of my son, it was Respectful Relationship Education and Systemic Practice that caught my attention. This journey deeply transformed me. I began by training in Systemic Practice for children, adolescents, and families. Later, I clearly saw the need and the benefits of applying a systemic approach in organizations. I have worked in both family-owned businesses and multinational companies, experiencing acquisitions, takeovers, and mergers in departments such as Export, Operations, Customer Service, and Sales. I also took part in the creation and development of a parenting group established as an association—an amazing systemic experience! All these experiences across different types of organizations have enriched me, both professionally and personally, and for that, I’m truly grateful. Being part of various teams also led me to realize that not all potential was being fully expressed—neither at the individual level nor at the organizational level. One day, I felt it was the right moment to merge these two paths and offer them in service to both organizations and individuals. Since then, I have been supporting people through personal, professional, and organizational processes. Now, I’m also part of the teaching staff for the Systemic Tools for Organizations training at the Gestalt Institute in Barcelona.
All individuals, organizations and teams possess systemic intelligence and through the session interventions, I aim to make it visible. Problems are opportunities because they reveal what the person or the system needs.
The starting point is to accept the situation as it is, even if we don’t like it. I offer support without judgment, allowing individuals or teams to feel free to express what is making things difficult—whether it's conscious or unconscious. When a symptom arises, we take a step back to broaden the perspective and ask ourselves: what is this trying to tell us about the person, the team, or the organization? The key to the solution lies in finding the question to which the problem is the answer.
The approaches are diverse: systemic questions, experiential dynamics, and the externalization of internal maps through metaphorical and visual representations that help us make visible the mental models behind our relationships—both in their complexity and in future projections—allowing us to feel the effect of those relationships in the space. The goal is to create a safe space where new insights and perspectives can emerge—perspectives that were not previously available—so that the client, whether a person, team or organization can take them in at their own pace and begin to unfold the potential that had not yet been expressed.
I support you in un-covering your resources because we are often focused on what we don’t want and on the past, which keeps us connected to our limitations. But when we shift our focus to the future and to what we do desire, we connect with our resources—we dis-cover them, because they are already within us. The client holds all the information—and therefore, the answer to the issue they bring—even if they are not yet aware of it.
