I am here to listen, not to judge. You guide our sessions, and I provide the compassionate support you need to navigate stress, transitions, and burnout.
We often think of "performance" as something reserved for athletes, but in reality, we are all performing every day as students, professionals, parents, or partners, etc. My background is in Sport and Exercise Psychology, a field I chose after learning how deeply mental health and performance are interconnected. I’ve found that skills like goal setting, mindfulness, and time management are not just for athletes; they are essential tools for regulation and focus in everyday life. I apply those same principles to help people outside the sporting world as well to navigate the pressures of life.
Having lived in Hungary, Italy, the US, Germany, and now Spain, I know firsthand that finding your footing is rarely a straight line. My journey began in Italy, where I fell in love with the complexity of international living, but over the years, I also learned that living abroad can be extremely challenging. I understand that navigating different cultures, and the loneliness that often comes with it, can bring up deep questions about identity and belonging.
Whether you are facing an exam hall, life abroad, or a demanding workplace, I understand the unique stress of trying to perform well while simultaneously managing high expectations. I am here to support you through the emotional complexities of change, helping you manage stress, regulate emotions, and find your place.
In my work, I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), always tailoring them to the individual’s needs. My work is grounded in the belief that human performance doesn’t happen in isolation; it’s shaped by emotion, identity, culture, and connection.
I also believe that therapy is a partnership. The most profound changes often happen in the moments of reflection and practice between sessions. I encourage you to be an active participant in your own growth, as taking time to process and apply our work is where true transformation begins.
My background is a balance of research and applied work. I started with a strong scientific foundation and a counseling internship. I also spent time in the EdTech world managing mentors, which gave me deep insight into professional development and career growth.
Today, I combine my private practice with my work in the cycling community, where I support female athletes as a membership coordinator. This diverse experience spanning from science and business to sport allows me to understand the different pressures you might be facing, whether in your career, your hobbies, or your personal life.
