Hi, I’m Timi, a psychologist and coach.
If your mind never slows down… If you feel exhausted even on days when you haven’t “done” much… If you’re the person everyone relies on, yet inside you feel overwhelmed, unsure, or alone: you’re not broken. And you’re not the only one who feels this way.
I work with people who live with constant internal pressure, especially those navigating anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, or major life changes like career transitions, moving abroad, or rebuilding after difficult periods.
From the outside, you may look like you’re managing. But inside it can feel like chaos: overthinking, self-doubt, a loop that’s hard to step out of.
That’s where our work begins, slowing the noise, understanding your patterns, and finding steadier ground.
After moving abroad myself and rebuilding my life in a new country, I understand how disorienting it can feel when everything familiar shifts. That experience informs my work, especially with clients living between cultures or trying to find themselves again in a new environment.

I combine psychology, coaching and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approaches to help you calm your mind, understand your patterns, and build a steadier sense of self. My approach is integrative, we use what works best for you.
This work isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about helping you shift the patterns that once helped you cope but no longer support you.
We explore the past when it helps us understand why certain patterns formed, but our focus stays on the present and on the changes that make your life easier now.
In our sessions, we might: • untangle anxious thoughts and internal pressure • work with the inner critic and self-sabotaging thought patterns • rebuild your boundaries and sense of self • find direction when you feel stuck • reconnect with emotions that feel distant or hard to access
You don’t have to know where to start, we begin with whatever feels most present. And you’re not expected to show up perfectly. Just show up, I’ll meet you there.

💼 My Background
I’m a psychologist with more than a decade of experience in HR, coaching, and personal development. I work with clients facing burnout, anxiety, overthinking, and major life transitions. I’ve completed CBT training and am currently enrolled in Schema Coaching training to deepen my integrative, pattern-focused approach.
