🧰 How I Work
I combine psychology, coaching and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approaches to help you calm your mind, understand your patterns, and build a steadier sense of self. My approach is integrative, we use what works best for you.
This work isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about helping you shift the patterns that once helped you cope but no longer support you.
We explore the past when it helps us understand why certain patterns formed, but our focus stays on the present and on the changes that make your life easier now.
In our sessions, we might:
• untangle anxious thoughts and internal pressure
• work with the inner critic and self-sabotaging thought patterns
• rebuild your boundaries and sense of self
• find direction when you feel stuck
• reconnect with emotions that feel distant or hard to access
You don’t have to know where to start, we begin with whatever feels most present. And you’re not expected to show up perfectly. Just show up, I’ll meet you there.
👥 Who I Work With
• Sensitive, deep-thinking people who are tired of trying to “do it all”
• Expats adjusting to a life they thought would feel easier than it does
• People in transition: career changers, identity-questioners, those rebuilding after burnout
• Anyone quietly wondering: “Why does this feel so hard?”
• Individuals navigating overthinking, fear of failure, emotional disconnection, or a loud inner critic
