The relational psychoanalytic approach has its roots in the work of Sándor Ferenczi, the first Hungarian psychoanalyst and a close friend of Freud, whose humane and deeply relational view of therapy continues to inspire me. I offer support in working through family and romantic difficulties, and in deepening self-understanding. Our work often involves exploring attachment patterns shaped in childhood and discovering how they continue to influence the present. Having lived abroad myself, I understand the challenges that come with distance. I’m especially committed to supporting those who are trying to find stability, closeness, and a sense of authenticity in a new environment. If you feel it’s hard to find your place, that you’ve become isolated, or that your relationships bring unexpected challenges, please remember: you’re not alone.
